*It is important to note that Samoyeds are a double coat dog who do blow there coat once to twice a year. Some people consider them to be hypoallergenic due to their exceptionally low dander production and double coat that keeps dander close to their body. Those with specific allergies do notice a reduced response with this breed compared to allergenic dog breeds. Those with specific dog allergies will notice that there may be reduced response around this breed, however, individual responses vary. If you have a specific allergy it is likely that you may notice an increase in symptoms when their coats are blowing and when grooming is increased during this time.
